The Save form card dialog box is automatically displayed when you fill in a web form and then either hit Enter on your keyboard or click the Submit button on the page. Please note that the dialog box is only displayed when the program is configured to do so. In other words, you need to enable the check box either system-wide, or within the current browser session. Please refer to the Configuring iNetFormFiller section of this Help for more information on that.
Here's how the Save form card dialog box typically looks like:
Just input the name for your form card and click OK to confirm. The saved form card is then displayed in the configuration pane when you click the form card list and select a form card from it. Note, that you can also directly edit the settings for a form card right in the configuration pane. You can also assign a custom hint for any form card.
To save a form card manually you can always click the button on th Internet Explorer toolbar.
Every form card you save from a web page contains an interesting check box in its properties. It is entitled Fill only empty. You can view the properties of a specific form card by selecting the form card in the form card list and taking a look at the configuration pane on the right:
Here's how it works. If you enable the check box, iNetFormFiller will use only those fields in the specific form card that are not pre-filled on the web page. For instance, many web sites have forms with fields like Country pre-filled. That is, such fields already contain a certain (usually, most frequently used) value to simplify manual form-filling. In the case of Country this can be United States, for example.
So if you want the program to fill all the fields/drop downs on a web page, leave this check box cleared. Otherwise, enable this feature.
