The Separators and Stop words tab lets you specify what is considered a complete word/unit in iNetFormFiller's hierarchical fields.
Take a look at the screen shot below:

The Separators list contains a number of special characters. Words and word combinations that include these characters are treated as a unit. For instance, a words like addons and add-ons are considered to be one word in iNetFormFiller, since the program treats all the special characters on the Separators list as white-space characters and no matter how many special characters it encounters, they are all condensed to one white-space character.

The Stop words list contains specific stop words, as distinct from special characters, which are treated in the same manner as described above. For example, Browsers and Internet Tools is processed as one word unit, provided the list of stop words contains the conjunction and.

You can use the Replace, Add and Delete buttons to easily manage your stop words. To replace a specific entry you should first select it by single-clicking it with your mouse, type the replacement entry in the text box, and then click the Replace button.
