Take a look at the following screen shot that displays a typical main window of the program. Please scroll below for a more detailed explanation of the available window controls, menus and panes.

iNetFormFiller menu

The main menu allows you to conveniently access the Options block, perform the Export/Import operations, and manage your databases. You can also use it to view this Help should something seem unclear to you.

iNetFormFiller toolbar

_bm4This is the main program toolbar, which contains the chief tools available. It allows you to access the system options, create and modify different profiles and databases, perform the Export/Import operations, password-protect your data and much more. The actual buttons look pretty self-explanatory, but you can always hover your mouse cursor over any button to make the application display a pop-up hint with the available button description.

iNetFormFiller window panes
Profiles pane

Now, let's consider all the available window pains included into the main window step-by-step. There are three of them overall. First comes the profiles pane. Here's how it looks like:

_bm5
As you can see, the profiles pane is a special area within the program environment that contains the list of all the available system profiles a user creates. Please notice that the profile you are working with (that is, the current profile) is marked in a special way, like this _bm6. That means, all the changes you made to the current groups and/or fields are stored in this profile, unless otherwise configured. To switch to another profile, simply select the desired profile in the pane and then click the _bm7 button on the iNetFormFiller toolbar.

For more information on working with profiles please refer to the Using profiles section of this Help.

Configuration pane

_bm8

This area allow you to configure either your profiles or the available form cards. For instance, if you click the profiles list, the configuration pane then provides access to the subelements of a specific profile, namely groups and fields. Using the labelled buttons in the top area of this pane you can modify and rename groups and fields stored in your profiles, change field type, switch to different groups, easily find a field and add field synonyms.

For more information on working with profiles please refer to the Using profiles section of this Help.

Form cards pane

_bm9
This is a typical form cards pane. It is designed to display the list of all the available form cards in a visual form. In other words, by clicking a form card you can view the web page the form card corresponds to with all the data entered and all the hyperlinks clicks recorded (if any) and all the fields and/or drop down boxes stored.

For more information on using the form cards please refer to the Filling an online web form section of this Help.
