iNetFormFiller comes equipped with a variety of pre-defined fields that you can group to suit your specific needs. We tried to include the commonest and most useful fields that should generally cover the needs of most users. However, you can always quickly and easily manage your fields by using the configuration pane toolbar from within the main program window:
Simply use the available buttons to manage your fields and their values.
To create a new field, simply click the Create button and the program will display the Create field dialog box:
Using this dialog window you can specify the field's name, choose the field type and bind it to a specific group. Note that if you do not specify which group to bind to, the field will then appear in the Ungrouped fields group.
The Field type drop down allows you to select the type of field that best suits your needs. Note that you can always change the field's type by using the Configure button. For more information on various field types please refer to the Understanding various field types section of this Help.
Here you can also specify, which profiles will include the field. Enable the check box Apply to selected profiles and use the Select profiles button to choose the profiles to apply your field to:
The field will then be available from all the profiles you've selected.
The Find field button allows you to easily search for the desired field in a profile. For more information on how to do this please refer to the Finding a field within a profile section of this Help.
