iNetFormFiller is completely manageable from the Internet Explorer toolbar. everything you need is right there, at your fingertips. The screen shot below displays how your Internet Explorer typically looks like with iNetFormFiller toolbar integrated. Please scroll down for a more detailed explanation of the available tools.
Now, let's consider each of the represented tools one-by-one.

1. |
This button is labelled Activate. As the name suggests, enabling and disabling it allows you to use iNetFormFiller just when you need it. Disable it, and the program goes to a 'sleep mode'. It is still present in the system tray and is still running, so you can conveniently 'wake it up' any time you need.

Clicking this little key button makes the program display a small text box allowing you to specify a password to protect your data from unauthorized access. This feature is going to appear soon in one of the future releases of iNetFormFiller, so stay updated.

Clicking this button invokes the main application window, which allows you to setup all the available program settings and configure it to best suit your needs. Please refer to the Configuring iNetFormFiller section of this Help for more information on how to do this.

This button is labelled Save, and clicking it saves the current web page with all the available fields to a form card. For more information on how to do this please refer to the Saving a web page to a form card section of this Help.

This button is labelled Fill. When on a specific web page, click it to automatically fill in the available fields. For more information on how to do this please refer to the Filling a web form online section of this Help.

This button is labelled Bind. Use this button to bind a specific field in an iNetFormFiller profile to a specific field on a web page. For more information on binding and unbinding fields please refer to the Binding and unbinding fields section of this Help.

This is the opposite, the Unbind button. By using this button you can unbind a specific field in an iNetFormFiller profile from a specific field on a web page. For more information on binding and unbinding fields please refer to the Binding and unbinding fields section of this Help.

This is the Add to field button. Clicking it displays a small drop down menu allowing you to choose from several options. You can either add a value to the field where you currently put your mouse cursor to, or specify a new synonym for the same field.

This is the Clear button. Click it to clear all the available fields and/or drop down boxes on the current web page.

This is the Record navigation button. It allows you to record your form-filling steps one-by-one and fill in forms with a single mouse click later. for more information on how to use this feature please refer to the Recording your actions section of this Help.

This is the Session settings button. Click it to display the settings dialog box that allows you to configure iNetFormFiller precisely in the way you configure it from the configuration pane. The difference is, in this case the options you set are only valid for the current browser session.
