There are two basic ways to configure iNetFormFiller, which work a bit differently from each other. You can configure the available options system-wide or you can setup an individual configuration that remains valid for the current browser instance only, and is discarded when you close your browser.
1. To configure the iNetFormFiller options system-wide, you first need to invoke the Options block of the main window. This can be done in several ways. For instance, you can open the main program window by double-clicking the system tray icon and then click the button on the program toolbar. This will display the Options block. This is how it looks like:
As you can see, the Options block contains a number of check boxes and radio buttons, which are responsible for certain program's functions. Let's consider them one at a time now.
· |
Auto fill fields in existing forms -- clear this check box if you would like to disable the Autofill feature. with this check box cleared you will have to manually fill all the web forms by using the Fill button on the Internet Explorer toolbar;
· |
Auto submit existing forms -- use this check box to make the program automatically submit a completed web form and 'press Enter' for you;
· |
Auto show form cards selection dialog -- tick the check box to make iNetFormFiller automatically display the form card selection window;
· |
Auto fill fields in new forms -- tick this check box if you want the program to attempt to automatically fill in the web forms you encounter on the Web using the already available data; Please note that iNetFormFiller will use the active profile field data for this operation.
· |
Bind fields when filling from profile -- tick this check box if you need the program to additionally bind fields when filling in from a profile;
Next comes a group of radio buttons responsible for the program's behaviour when saving a web form. Choose one of the available options that best suit your needs. Enabling the first radio button means iNetFormFiller will not save web forms to form cards, and will not ask any questions either. Checking the second radio button, on the contrary, makes the program automatically save all the forms to form cards. The third radio button allows you to select which forms will be saved by using the displayed dialog box. Note that this is the default (and recommended) option.
2. To configure iNetFormFiller options for the current browser instance only you should use the Internet Explorer toolbar button . Clicking the button displays a dialog box very similar to that of the Options block of the main program window.
All the functions are identical to those described above, except that they work only within the current browser instance. If you need to permanently change your system settings, be sure to use the Options block of the main window
