The Lexicon feature is designed solely for the hierarchical fields to allow you to further refine and expand the form-filling capabilities of the program. Basically, this feature determines the way your hierarchical fields will be processed independent of their actual contents.

Please note: This feature is intended for advanced users. Most users can generally skip it.

The lexicon options are invoked from the Tools | Lexicon options from within the mail program window.

Clicking this menu item will display the Lexicon options window:

_bm58

As you see, the Lexicon options window has two tabs, one for the Fuzzy logic words, and one for the Separators and Stop words.
Let's consider them one at a time. Please note that the program comes equipped with a number of predefined values in both tabs. This is to give you an idea of how the whole thing works. Feel free to modify the sample values to fit your own specific needs.

Please refer to the subtopics of the current topic for a more in-depth description of these two tabs.
