iNetFormFiller fully supports the Export/Import functionality, which enables you to:
|

synchronize between two copies of iNetFormFiller installed on two or more separate machines;
|
|
· |
export your data for future use, for safekeeping, or as part of a regular backup process;
|
|
· |
share useful data with your friends and fellow-workers;
|
To export your data be sure to do the following:
Open the main program window by double-clicking the program icon in the system tray and choose File | Export... This will display the Export data wizard, which will guide you through the whole export procedure. The export data process consists of three easy steps:

Select the profile you wish to export by enabling the corresponding check boxes;
|

· |
Similarly, specify the form cards you wish to export;
|
|
· |
Specify the destination directory for the export data file;
|
Please note: There is an additional option available when exporting your data. It's called Export profile without data. By using this option you can easily share you data structure, but not the data itself, which is useful if you wish to share a beautifully structured profile with a colleague without giving away our passwords, for example. Just enable the appropriate check box to activate this feature:
To import your data be sure to perform the following steps:
Open the main program window and choose File | Import... This will display the Import data wizard, which will ask you to specify the source directory for the file you wish to import and complete the import procedure.
Note: To access the Export and import wizards, you can always click the corresponding buttons in the main program window toolbar.
